Third-Party Ticket Sales and Event Marketing

Snap and Mingle directly integrates with Eventbrite, Evvnt, and Universe for ticket sales and event management. When you purchase tickets through these platforms, your personal data will be collected and processed according to their respective privacy policies. We use webhooks to receive real-time updates about ticket sales and event information from these integrated platforms.

We also market and sell tickets on various other platforms to reach a wider audience. These platforms may include, but are not limited to, social media sites, event discovery services, and ticketing websites. When you purchase tickets through any of these external platforms, the transaction is processed entirely on that platform, and Snap and Mingle does not receive your personal data directly.

 

Data Sharing with Integrated Services

To facilitate ticket sales and event management, we may share necessary personal data with our directly integrated service providers (Eventbrite, Evvnt, and Universe). This data sharing is limited to what is required for the transaction and service provision.

 

Payment Processing

We use Authorize.net to process payments securely on our website. For record-keeping purposes, we store the last four digits of the credit cards used for transactions. We do not store full credit card numbers or other sensitive payment information.

 

Data Storage and Security

We may store Personal Data itself or such information may be stored by third parties to whom we have transferred it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
